Beth A. Levin, M.A., is a Board Certified Coach, certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and known as a highly effective coach and consultant. She is passionate about development and the brain and is sought after for her training, coaching, and consulting skills. As a seasoned training and development consultant with 20+ years experience, she has successfully worked in designing and developing engaging, innovative programs on career development, performance, happiness and wellness.


Sue Stevenson B.ED, Chartered FCIPD, PCC, Global Executive Coach & Consultant, CEO, Lifted Fog, LLC. Sue has over 20 years of business experience in Sales, Marketing, Quality, Internal Communications, Organizational Development and Global Human Resource Management. Her impressive track record in developing and growing talented employees in successful multinational companies has primarily been in the Life Sciences, Hospitality, Consumer Product and High Technology sectors. In 2005, Lifted Fog, LLC was founded as a Global Executive Coaching and Consulting practice.


Dr. Karen A. Garman. As a medical educator with over 30 years of experience in the delivery of a variety of training programs to public and private healthcare organizations including UC San Diego School of Medicine, Kaiser Permanente, California Department of Public Health and the Veterans Administration, Dr. Garman instructs physicians and other healthcare providers on how to become better leaders, teachers and patient communicators at the local, state and national healthcare levels.


Sarai McMahan is an instructional designer, training manager, and communication professional with over 20 years’ experience in training and development. As a seasoned learning professional she has successfully worked in designing and developing engaging, innovative programs on professional development, human resources, customer service, compliance, systems and operations through the development of instructor led and self-study training initiatives. Her programs are delivered via a variety of media, including print, video, web-based courses, and instructor led facilitation. Her clients have included Luxottica, LensCrafters, Kaiser Permanente, The UPS Store, Frasco Investigative Services, and currently Rady Children's Hospital San Diego.
