Don't let unconscious biases keep you from being successful:  Diversity and inclusion strategies to the rescue!

Today, an increasingly diverse workforce is a fact of life. To manage and develop this workforce proficiently and efficiently, diversity and inclusion (D&I) practices are key and need to be fully integrated into the business strategies and values.  At the same time, talent management and HR professionals have to become increasingly proactive and creative to address road blocks to inclusion like unconscious biases.

Tiffani Wang-Jones will facilitate a thought-provoking, interactive session on D&I, unconscious bias, and how to approach these issues with a global perspective by presenting an in-depth case study on LGBT+ inclusion and gender transition in the workplace.
