It’s not uncommon to hear someone say:
Are you someone responsible for improving organizations? Do you consider yourself and OD practitioner? Today, it seems that everyone in HR, Training, Coaching, and Strategy thinks they are doing OD. If you are responsible for shaping or influencing organization change or culture, you should attend this session.

About the presenter
Alan has been doing OD for forty years. He’s built HR departments, led corporate L&D departments, facilitated strategic planning, developed executive assessment centers, led an OD and Training consulting firm for over 25 years and is co-founder and CEO of highly successful multinational organization. He and Liron Marks are partnering with the Peter Drucker Graduate School of Management to design and deliver a global OD and Change Certification Program starting this fall.
